Rice: 50 gm
Eggs: 3 whole
Onion: 200 gm
Carrot: 200 gm
Capsicum: 200 gm
Ghee: 10 gms
Spices, as per taste: Salt, pepper, garam masala
Boil gms of rice and keep aside.
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, pepper and garam masala and mix it.
Take a pan, add gms ghee and add the eggs and scramble them (make bhurji) and remove from pan.
Add gms ghee and add veggies to the pan and sautue them.
Then add the scrambled eggs and boiled rice to the pan.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper and mix well.
Egg fried rice is ready to serve.
