Dosa batter, chopped onions and green chilly, oil, eggs, chilly powder, chutney powder.
Grease the Tawa with little oil. Add a portion of the Dosa batter and spread it to make it thin. Add some chopped onion and some green chilly. Sprinkle a pinch of chilly powder to it. Break and put one egg on top of that. Add some chutney powder and salt. Mix the whole thing over the spread. Drizzle the remaining oil with a spatula. When one side done, flip it over, cook the other side and then your egg Dosa would be ready to eat.
