boil eggs
cook rice as usual
in kadhai stir fry tomato, onion, ginger garlic paste in oil. add turmeric, kanda lasun masala, kashmiri chilli, dhaniya powder.
after cooling down, do a paste in mixie.
add back to kadhai, add coconut milk, salt. add boiled eggs.
serve with green salad, garlic yoghurt, mint chutney
