1.Hakka Noodles 2.vegetables of your choice,I used cabbage,capsicum,beans,carrot 3. Chicken breast 75gm 4.1whole egg 5.Hakka noodles masala (1table spoon) 6.oil 15gm
Boil the noodles đ,make sure not to boil too much else it will be very sticky .keep it aside .cut the chicken breast in very small pieces and marinate with spoon ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,pinch of turmeric,salt and take oil in a nonstick pan and sautĂ© it till golden brown. .take a lil oil from rest of the gm oil and fry egg in the same pan . .add a Kadhai ,add rest of the oil ,once heated add chopped ginger garlic chilli,sautĂ© it. Then add all the vegetables sautĂ© in medium high flame. .once done add the chicken and then add noodles masala,then add the boiled noodles and mix it well. .then add the egg and some chopped coriander and mix it well . Garnish with some raw onion at the top.
