Ingredients

2 whole eggs 1 cheese slice 5g butter burger buns (55g) veeba sandwich spread (carrot and cucumber) salt and pepper 3-4 thin slices of onion and tomatoes 2 3 leaves of lettuce

Method

Step 1

Make a simple omelet with egg, butter salt, and pepper fold it into a triangle. Place cheese on the bottom bun and microwave both top and bottom buns for sec. Apply sandwich spread on the top bun, place the egg triangle on the bottom bun on the slightly melted cheese place onion and tomato slices, lettuce, and cover it up with the top bun.
