Avocado- 100g
Onion- 10g
Tomato- 10g
Garlic- 5g
Lime juice- 1 tbsp
Egg- 1
Bread - 35g
Butter- 5g
Spices: salt, black pepper, paprika, red chilly flakes
Scoop out the avocado and take it in a bowl. Mash it with the help of a fork. Add lime juice firstly and mix it so that it doesn’t turn pale. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes and garlic along with salt and crushed black pepper. Mix all well and the guacamole is ready.
Toast a bread in the airfryer or on nonstick pan. Spread the guacamole on the toast. Prepare the sunny side egg using g butter and top it on guacamole toast. Sprinkle black pepper powder, paprika and/or red chilli flakes. Enjoy yummylicious breakfast!
