Veggies -gms( I have taken a mix of cabbage, beans, carrot) Chicken Boneless breast: gm Whole Eggs: Onion-med size ( chopped) Oil- gms Ginger, Garlic, Pepper powder. Rice: gm(raw) Procedure: Boil the chicken, shred that into small pieces and keep it aside. Similarly, coom the rice to almost upto percent and keep it ready. In a pan, add little bit of oil, let it heat up and then add a little bit of small sliced pieces of ginger and garlic and stir this for a short while before this starts smelling nicely. At this stage, add the chopped onions, add a little more of oil, add some salt and some pepper powder and let the onion cook for a while. After this, add the green veggies one after the other, add a little more of oil and keep cooking this for a while till the veggies are mostly cooked. Create a small space in the same pan, add the remaining oil, let it heat and then add the two eggs, scramble it and then when the egg is cooked, mix up the entire combination. Post this add the boiled chicken, some salt and some pepper powder. Once this is almost ready, add the cooked rice, check for salt. If required, you can add some zero calorie swertner for the sweetness. You can also add some pepper powder if need be and leave this on a medium flame for a shirt while unless the ice is completely ready. Your chicken rice is ready to serve. Note: If you want to add any sauce, count in the calories and you can add them. approx Calories - Servings -
