# Potato - 150gms Butter - 8gms Milk - 40ml Sweet Corn - 100gms Chicken Breast - 120gms. Cornflour - 1tbsp Olive oil - 1/2tsp #Seasoning - Italian Seasoning,Black Pepper,Garlic Powder,Salt,Chilli Flakes

Method

Step 1

STEP : Boil Potato and Keep it aside. STEP : Take the sweetcorn out of freezer and put it in cold water and let it stay that way for mins. STEP : Cut the chicken breast in pcs and add in a tsp of olive oil,italian seasoning,salt,pepper,chilli flakes,garlic powder and keep it aside. STEP : Take the potato,mash it with a masher.Take a pan and put in gms of butter,add mashed potato to it.Saute it for a minute and add milk to it on low flame.Add Italian seasoning,salt and pepper and let it cook for to mins on medium flame. Your mashed potato is ready. STEP : Take a bowl,add cornflour to the corn along with salt,pepper and chilli flakes.Heat the pan,Add gms of butter and put in the corn mixture that you just made . Saute it on medium flame for to mins and sweet corn is ready. STEP : Heat a pan,add remaining butter to it and cook your chicken on low flame (that way your chicken will be nicely boiled and you won't need any extra butter or oil).Keep sauteing for mins almost and your chicken breast will be ready too.
