Ground cinnamon 3 pinch

Beat the egg in a bowl
Add the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon, beat it for seconds until they are all mixed well
Grease a non-stick pan with butter and put it on the stove (keep the stove on medium)
Dip the bread into the egg mixture, and coat both sides evenly
Place the soaked bread slices on the slightly greased non-stick griddle and let it cook, until both sides are golden brown
Transfer the french toast to a plate, and add the blueberry on top, and it is ready to be served.
