Marinate the chicken with the spices of your choice. Heat a pan with ~ gm of olive oil. Add some cumin seeds and cook it till you get the fragrance. Add the marinated chicken and cook till it releases some water. In the meantime, grind a bowl of spinach with some garlic, lemon and chill. Add the paste to the chicken and add some salt to it. You can add a little chicken masala. Let it cook for minutes. Use g of Toor dal (lentils) and boil with a tomato and some salt. You can add some tadka to it depending on your calorie intake. Get around g of yogurt alongside the meal. Cook g of rice. I hope you are grown up enou to do that 😅. There you go you have a wholesome high protein meal ready for you. FYI: Spinach can be replaced by veggies cooked in any form
