soya chunk flour 50 gram

wheat flour 35 gram

bottle guard 150 gram

green chilli, coriander paste

salt

termeric powder

ajwain

Method

Step 1

grate the bottle guard.

Step 2

take soya flour and wheat flour.

Step 3

add grated bottle guard, chilli coriander paste,ajwain, termeric powder,salt and mix it well like a dough.

Step 4

no water is needed for this recipe, coz bottle guard itself leaves water.

Step 5

heat pan

Step 6

other side take butter paper apply drop of oil, and take single ball of dough, place it over it just wet the finger with Water and spread it fully

Step 7

take on palm and put it in pan

Step 8

heat both sides

Step 9

serve hot hot with curd or u can have plain too
