1. Ghee 10 gms 2. MiX Dry Fruits 40 GM's 3. Mixed Seeds 15 GM's 4. dates 100 GM's

Method

Step 1

cut dry fruits and dates into pieces .dry roast the dry fruits (cashew,badam etc) and then add / ghee and roast and quickly remove before it turns brown . Add ghee and roast the the cut dates until it's mushy and becomes a paste . . Add the mix seeds mixture and cool it down and make a fine dough of everything . Make balls or rolls and enjoy tasty no sugar natural sweet dry fruits ladoo
