Wheat Bread - 3 slices
Green Veggies - 150gms
Ghee - 10 gms
salt, pepper, lemon, mixed herbs (pasta) as per taste
Coriander leaves, mint, lemon, 2 green chillies, one inch ginger, garlic, salt for the green chutney
Cheese slices - 2
Step : Prepare the green chutney by using handful of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, one inch ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt as per taste. Grind all these ingredients in a mixer and keep it aside.
Step : Heat the tawa, sprinkle gms ghee or oil of your. Sautee cut Zuchinni, mushrooms and capsicum in this oil along with mixed herbs (pasta mix) and salt.
Step : Now in another gms ghee/oil grill the bread.
Step : Apply the green chutney and top it with the sauteed green veggies. Add cheese slices inside the bread.
Step : Grill the bread until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!!
