Water 180 for making dhokla
In a mixer grinder add Gram Flour, Semolina, Salt, Sugar or Jaggery,Acid, and Eno or Baking Soda. Grind them for about seconds, so that they got mixed properly. Sieve the Premix and let it cool down completely.
Take the premix and add oil in it, gradually add water and mix it in one direction.
Take a cake pan, grease it and pour the batter in the cake pan
Either you cook the way you make a cake with out oven(you can find a a lot of video on YouTube )
Let it steam for a about to min on a medium flame
Once it’s done, let it cool down and demold it on plate
Make a tadka by using it mustard seed, sesame seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and sauté them on pan. While in another bowl take a water and jaggery mix them well
Pour the tadka over the dhokla and garnish with coriander
