10 gms Butter 10p gms Baby corn 200 gms potatoes 15 gms cornflour 100 gms mushroom 2 garlic cloves minced 4 fresh red chillies water as required 37 gms tomato 35 gms Broccoli 30 gms red bell peppers 30 gms yellow bell peppers 1/8 tsp vinegar salt to taste 10 gms aromat 15 ml water
Chop Baby corn , broccoli, mushrooms , bell peppers and set aside. . Boil red chillies in hot water and blitz it to a smooth paste. . Heat butter in a pan,add in minced garlic and saute on high for seconds. . Add in water ,add veggies and cook them till done. . Add vinegar , more water and bring it to boil. . Add in cornflour and water mixed slurry to the boiling veggies mixture and cook till sauce thickens. . As it thickens,take it off flame and serve hot.
