Soak and boil kabuli chana till soft with little salt. . Mix turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, salt, GG paste, lemon juice, kasoori methi and fresh coriander leaves with g curd. Keep aside. . Chop all vegetables as per liking, i used cubes and dices of vegetables like broccoli, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers and bell peppers. . Dice paneer in small pieces. . Sauté vegetables abd paneer in butter till vegetables are glossy. . Mix everything in curd dressing. . Roast mixed seeds and top it on ur salad. . Add chaat masala - optional
