Lemon juice 7-10 ml Soya Chunks (Defatted Soya) Flour 25 g Jaljira powder 5 g Black Salt 5 g Low calorie Sweetner 10 g (optional) Ice cubes 3-4 Mint leaves 4-5 Water As needed

Method

Step 1

) Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend. ) Now pour this mixture in a glass with ice and mint leaves. ) Now add drinking soda to it. Your defatted soya fresh lime soda is ready. Tips: ) You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour. ) You can add flavoured syrup like khus, orange, mango or any flavoured whey to make flavoured lassi and even increase the protein content
