water 1/2 cup or as per consistency
4-5 mint leaves
2-3 ice cubes
salt as per taste jeera powder fine 1/2 teaspoon black salt 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon
Add curd, defatted soya flour along with ice and all the spices in a blender jar and blend it into a even drink. You can control the consistency by adding additional ice or water. Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
