150 ml milk
50 gm khoya
8 Dates
4 Almonds for garnish
5 gms ghee
Grate paneer fine with grater
Soak dates in ml hot milk and make paste after an hr
Take gms ghee in non stick kadhai and fry paneer
Add milk and keep stirring till milk is absorbed
Add dates paste and khoya and keep frying till ghee is released
Garnish with Almond slice
In a dish add aluminium paper and grease with gm ghee and keep kalakand paste to set
After hrs cut into pieces. Got small pieces with calorie each
