Paneer: 30 gm
Soya granules: 15 gm
Ginger paste: 10 gm
Veggies(of your choice): 100 gm
Turmeric powder: 3 gm
Coriander powder: 3 gm
Cumin powder: 3 gm
Chilli: 2
Ghee: 10 ml
Salt: As per taste
Cumin seeds: 1 gm
Tomato: 30 gm
Melt the ghee in the cooker.
Put the cumin seeds, chillies and ginger paste.
Add the spices, veggies, paneer, soya granules and tomatoes. Stir for - minutes.
Add the dalia, salt and fry for another - minutes.
Now close the lid and let it cook for whistles on medium flame.
Enjoy hot.
