Dal-50 grams finely chopped onion-50 grams finally chopped chillies oil-10 grams grated ginger as per taste salt hing
Soak tur dal/chana dal for a couple of hours. Coarse grind using a blender. Add all the other ingredients except the oil and knead to make vadas as shown in the picture. Brush oil over them and cook in an air fryer for minutes. Serve with mint chutney.
