Ingredients

Yellow Moong dal - 30g

Wheat flour - 50g

Oil - 10g

Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon

Spices - red chilli, coriander, cumin, turmeric powder, salt as per taste

Green chillies - 2

Coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add cooked moong dal, spices, ginger and coriander. Cook till the dal gets thick and set it aside to cool down .Add cooked dal mixture and atta to a bowl and knead it. Set the dough aside for - minutes. . Cook the paratha on the tawa till it turns golden brown by applying oil to the sides.
