Heat the pressure cooker add cow ghee
once heated add the masalas and all the veggies. give it a good toss
wash rice and dal three times and add it in the cooker. give everything a good mix.
Add water and close the cooker lid. Wait for three vessels.
once it is cooled down, open it and serve hot alongwith some salad and Papad
