100g chicken breast (boneless, skinless) 100g curd (low-fat) 10g oil (preferably mustard or sunflower) 1 small onion (50g), finely chopped 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (5g) Red chilli powder – to taste Dhaniya (coriander) powder – to taste Salt – to taste ½ tsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves), crushed
Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine: Chicken breast (cut into small pieces) Curd Ginger garlic paste Red chilli powder Dhaniya powder Salt Let it marinate for at least minutes (– hours preferred for deeper flavor).
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add the marinated chicken with all the marinade. Cook on medium heat for – minutes until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens. Add crushed kasuri methi in the last minutes and mix well. Simmer for more minutes and turn off the heat.
Garnish (optional): Fresh coriander leaves and slices of Onions
