Ingredients

Mini/Nano Soya Chunks - 60 GMs Curd - 200 GMs Oil - 5 GMs Chopped chilli Grated ginger Chopped coriander Salt as per the taste

Method

Step 1

Soak soya chunks in the hot water for minutes In a pan, heat the oil and add mustard seeds. After they splutter, add green chilli and grated ginger. Saute till the raw smell goes. Squeeze soya chunks to remove extra water and add to the pan with salt as per your taste. Saute the mixture for - minutes and switch off the gas. Add curd and coriander leaves. Yummy Curd Soya is ready to serve.
