Spinach (chopped) - 60gms
Peas - 80gms
Milk - 50 ml
Onion (chopped) - 50gms
Soya granules - 10gms
Butter - 3gms
Garlic - 4gms
Salt, black pepper, cumin powder
Take butter in a non stick pan and roast soya granules till the color changes. Take it off once done.
In the same pan, dry roast garlic, onion till it becomes translucent.
Add spinach and peas to it. Add some water and salt. Cover it and cook till peas get tender.
Once cooked, let the mixture cool and then grind to paste.
Seive the paste in the same pan. Add milk, black pepper and cumin powder. Bring it to boil.
Soup is ready. Serve it in a bowl and add roasted soya granules on top to bring the crunch.
