Boil soya chunks & squeeze out water. Coat with besan, a pinch of salt & lightly toss in oil. Stir fry garlic, green chilli & coated soya. Add soy sauce + seasoning. Toss till golden & aromatic. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve hot and crispy.
