Soya chunks - 35 gm (according to your calorie requirements)
Ghee/oil/butter - 5 gms
Spices of your choice
Soak the soya chunks in normal water for - hours
Now squeeze the water from the soya chunks, add melted ghee or melted butter or oil to it. Add spices of your choice (I used salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning) and mix properly.
Put it in an air fryer and fry for mins. If baking, bake for - mins. If using gas, put of low flame and continue stirring till crispy.
You now have a high protein snack. Trust me, it’s crunchy and very tasty. Enjoy!
