1) Multi grain roti/wrap ( 35 gm roti in my case) 2) Paneer (30 gm), can add cheese too. 3) Butter (2 gm) 4) Dhaniya chutney (1 tablespoon) 5) Catchup (1 tablespoon) 6) Pari Pari, chili flakes and oregano (to taste) 7) Chop onion and peas (10 gm each)
) Take paneer, mash it and add onion, green peas, pari pari and oregano and chili flakes to it, mix well. ) Take a chapati/wrap and spread dhaniya chutney and catch-up over it. ) Put the paneer stuffing and roll the roti/wrap. ) Now apply some butter over the roll and place it in a pre-heated toaster/air fryer/microwave or you can use a nonstick pan too. ) Roast till the side becomes crispy and flip it. ) Serve hot.
