2 Eggs
25 gram Oats
Oil
Break the eggs in a large bowl
Add finely chopped onions, chilis, salt and other spices as per your taste
Beat the eggs until frothy
Add oats to the same bowl and keep it for minutes
Take the bread slices and soak them to this mixture
Add oil to a pan and heat it on a medium flame
Put the soaked egg slice on the pan and allow it to cook. You can only add another layer of the mixture over the bread slice for a thicker layer
Flip the bread slice to other side after some time and allow both sides to cook well
Serve the slices
