Multi grain bread slice :2 Oil :4gms Veggies of your choice:100 gms Sabzi masala/chat masala/ corriander powder: as per taste Salt as per taste Cumin seeds as per taste
STEPS: . Take bread slices and chop the sides . Roll the bread to flat using rolling pin . Heat pan and add oil :gms . Add cumin seeds and let it splutter and add chopped veggies . Fry well , add sabzi masala , chat masala , corriander powder and wait till the veggies are well cooked . Now take rolled bread . Place cooked veggies st the center and roll the bread and close using water to close the sides . Grease the rolled bread with some oil . Place it in air fryer at lowest setting for - mins . Enjoy crispy bread roll
