Potatoes - 300 g
Oil - 5 g
Curd - 200 g (Make sure it's hung and doesn't have too much water)
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Onion powder - 1 tsp
Red chill / Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp (use any of them, both have different flavors)
Salt and pepper, to taste (for both potato wedges and sauce)
Fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Chopped fresh herbs (e.g., dill, parsley, or chives) - 2 tbsp
1 clove garlic, minced
Preheat your air fryer to Β°C (Β°F).
In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about - minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the wedges turn golden brown and crispy.
While the wedges are cooking, prepare the hung curd sauce. In a separate bowl, mix the hung curd, lemon juice, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. Make sure it's very smooth and creamy.
Once the potato wedges are ready, transfer them to a serving plate. Serve alongside the tangy hung curd sauce for dipping.
