Garlic (9 to 10 )
Butter 5 gm
Milk 150 ml
Salt, pepper, oregano
Sizzle the pan with some butter, add garlic & saute till brown. Then add in onion & brocolli, let it saute for to mins. Add water & cover it & cook for mins or till brocolli is cooked Then blend it all well. Add warm milk to this soup & let it come to a boil. Add Salt, pepper & oregano. You can garnish it with cream ( completely optional)...
