chicken thighs 800g

curd 30g

onion 100g
lemon juice 2tbsp
salt
turmeric powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 2tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
bay leaf 2pc
cumin seeds 1tsp
red chilli 2pc
Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, curd and lemon juice. set it for hr.
make a paste of cumin powder and coriander powder, adding some water, set it aside.
heat the ghee in a heavy bottom kadai. add red chilli, bay leaves and cumin seeds. let it crackle.
add chopped onion, fry till translucent.
add chopped tomatoes and cumin - coriander powder paste.
add the chicken and fry for mins on high flame.
make a paste of green chilli and coriander leaves and add it to the chicken.
simmer for - mins, till done.
adjust salt. you may add lemon juice or ghee to finish off.
