Cabbage & carrot, capsicum
Finely chop your veggies. I took lots of Cabbage, a small chunk of carrot and capsicum and put them a in a big bowl.
In the bowl, add all other ingredients ml Milk, . tbsp Sriracha sauce or any hot sauce, Mayonnaise tbsp and your choice of Unflavoured Protein Powder scoop and gently fold and mix all of them.
Once mixed well, add some salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
Take slices of bread, and fill the bread with filling and close the sandwich.
Your snack or breakfast is now ready and instead of being guilty of eating a not so healthy sandwich you have can enjoy it as a complete nutrient meal.
