Oats - 30g
Almonds- 10g
Egg- 2
Coffee powder -2 tsp
Banana- 100g
Zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste
Nutmeg powder- a pinch
Butter- 2 g (for brushing the non-stick pan)
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Whisk eggs adding coffee powder until its foamy.
Grind oats and almonds together along with nutmeg powder and pulse it to get roughly coarse mixture. Add this to eggs.
Mash banana with the help of the fork and it to eggs and mix all nicely.
Add baking soda and sweetener if necessary and mix all well.
Brush the nonstick pan with butter and pour in the batter. Cover the lid and cook it in slow flame for about - minutes or until you get clean wooden toothpick when inserted. Enjoy 😊
