Milk - 200ml
Paneer - 50gm
Coffee powder - 3 g
Sweetner- as per your taste
Almond slits- 3gm
Bring milk to boil and let it simmer for - minutes.
Grate paneer finely or if you use homemade paneer it will crumble easily. Add this grated paneer to the milk and continue cooking it for - minutes while continuously stirring it.
Add coffee powder and little bit water (. cup) and continue whisk it with whisker if lumps are formed.
Once you get medium consistency, add roasted chopped almonds. And top it with a dash of more coffee powder. Enjoy π
