Milk: 100 ml, Curd: 80 gm, Oats:40 gm, chia seeds: 1 tbsp, Banana: 50 gm, coffee powder, zero calorie sweetner
Take a glass jar and add milk, oats and curd. Stir this mixture well and add chia seeds to it. Take a banana and mash it completely and add to this picture. Add a pinch of coffee powder and sweetner as per your convenience. Keep this in the refrigerator overnight or for a period of hours minimum. You can add a sliced banana and your overnight oats is ready to enjoy.
