Paneer 40gms
Defatted coconut flour 20 gms
Low Fat Milk 20 ml
Mango puree 30 gms
Mango slices 30 gms
Stevia as per taste
Kesar and elaichi powder
Heat Milk in a pan and add paneer to it
Cook for minutes ,then add the defatted coconut flour to it and cook for another - minutes
Now add the mango puree and cook until a setting consistency is achieved.
Add stevia,elaichi powder and Kesar, mix well and let it cool .
Roll into log shapes, wrap with mango slices and refrigerate. ( pcs)
Serve when cold
