| Rolled oats (roasted) ~80 g | Mixed dry fruits (roasted) 240gms | Sunflower seeds (roasted) ~45 g | Pumpkin seeds (roasted) ~45 g | Flax seeds (roasted) ~10 g | Dates paste ~120 g | Honey ~40 g | Dark chocolate (melted) 50 g
Prep the dry mix - Roast oats, dry fruits, seeds, and flax seeds separately until aromatic. - Chop larger nuts if needed for even distribution. . Bind the mixture - Warm the dates paste and honey slightly to make it easier to mix. - Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and pour the dates-honey mixture over it. - Mix thoroughly until everything is coated and sticky. . Set the bars - Line a tray with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into it. - Use a flat spatula or the back of a spoon to compress it evenly. . Add chocolate layer - Melt dark chocolate and spread a thin layer on top. - Refrigerate for – hours until firm. . Cutting tip - Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wipe between cuts. - Score the bars lightly before refrigerating to guide clean cuts later.
