100 gms banana, frozen
30 gms red lentils or masoor dal measured raw and then cooked.
200 gms nonfat milk
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or any 0 calorie sweetener. I used Vanilla Flavdrops
Combine banana, cooked lentils, milk, cocoa and syrup in a blender. Puree until smooth.
I added ice to the blender to make it colder.
