1 scoop chocolate whey protein

60 gms ripe banana

2 whole eggs

5 gms cocoa powder

2 gms butter

Stevia

Method

Step 1

Mash the banana until it turns into puree

Step 2

Add whole eggs in it and whisk it till both of them have mixed

Step 3

Add the whey and cocoa and mix it well

Step 4

Add stevia or any kind of sweetener you want according to your taste

Step 5

Grease a cup with gms of butter then add the batter into the cup

Step 6

Pop it into a microven for - secs.

Step 7

And its done, top it of with nuts or peanut butter if it fits your macros
