Egg - 1 no
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Green Veggies, finely chopped - 200g
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
In a pan, add oil and saute ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes
Add veggies and cup stock and cook till veggies soften
Add vinegar and soya sauce
Whisk egg in a bowl and add little by little while whisking the soup
Take it off the heat, season with salt & pepper and serve. You may garnish with chopped spring onion.
