Boil soya chunks in salt water , squeeze it . Marinate soya chunks with salt, cumin and chilly powder Heat the frying pan and brush it with oil, put chopped capsicum, bell pepper and onion.. Sauté vegetables for minutes and remove it in a bowl Put all the sauces in the pan, mix little water and mix the soya chunks with it.. Cover and cook it for minutes.. Mix all the vegetables Serve it in a plate or bowl and garnish it with chopped spring onion. Enjoy
