Prawns- 100g
Paneer - 50gm
Noodles raw - 50gm
Oil - 5gm
Ketchup- 10gm
Chilly sauce- 10gm
Green peas- 30gm
Corn - 30gm
Onion - 20gm
Tomatoes- 50gm
Dry spices- red chilly flakes, red chilly powder,
Apple cider vinegar (acv) - 1tbsp
Sugarfree (optional) - 0.5 tsp
Add water to the big pot and bring it to boil add - drops of oil and salt. Add noodles and let it cook until it’s almost cooked through. Drain out excess water and run through cold water and keep it aside.
In a wok, add oil, followed by grated / chopped onion and tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and saute it until its rawness disappears. Add prawns and let it cook until it turns pink.
Now, add boiled peas and boiled corn and add all dry spices and let it be on the flame for about minutes.
In a bowl, add red chilly sauce, ketchup, acv, red chilly flakes and sugarfree and mix it well.
Pour it into the wok and let it simmer until it’s mixed with the veggies. Finally, bring in noodles and mix all well.
