1. Chicken breast boneless 250 gm
2. Tamari naturally brewed soya sauce 20 ml
3. Tomato 🍅 1
4. Vinegar , garlic , green chilli
5. Onion diced, capsicum 🫑 long chopped
6. Salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder
Brining chicken to skip egg. Mix together tbsp yogurt with cups of water and / tsp salt. Add the chicken to this and leave it for mins to hour. Brining in the fridge for to hours gives the best results. Drain the chicken completely & use in the recipe. . Prepare the sauce in a bowl. Purée ripe tomatoes after boiling , Add soya sauce, red chili powder, vinegar, and water to a bowl. Mix well. Set this aside. . Heat non stick add chopped garlic, diced onion, capsicum and then drain out the chicken and add. . Add the black pepper salt and tomato purée. . Cover and cook Garnish with spring onion and serve with rice
