Marinate the chicken pieces with salt , pepper , ginger garlic paste, vinegar . Keep aside for mins. On a non stick pan , lay the spray oil or butter and lay the chicken pieces one by one so that they do not stick together. Fry them both sides by covering them in between. In another pan add butter . Add chopped garlic , sliced onions and fry. Add the capsicum slices , salt and fry for min . Add the chicken pieces. To it add soya sauce , salt , pepper and vinegar. Mix well . Mix a little water with the chilli sauce and add to the chicken . Mix well and serve .
