Chickpea (40gms)

Feta Cheese (30gms)

Butter (3gms)

1 whole egg

1 egg white

Cucumber (100gms)

Method

Step 1

Take gms Chickpeas and boil it with salt. Once done,drain the water. . Get english cucumber (available on online platforma),cut it into very small pcs. .I added gms Feta Cheese ( enough for gms chick pea). Take the feta cheese and crumble it with hand or anything you want. . Take a bowl,add boiled chickpea,crumbled feta cheese,cucumber and ml olive oil( for dressing) If olive oil is unavailable,take a pan and put in gms butter and mix the entire ingredient with the liquid butter. . Don't add salt bec feta cheese is quite salty in nature. Just add Parsley seasoning and black pepper. Optional - I added whole egg and egg white boiled and cut into pcs. Enjoy!!
