oil:15 gm chichen breast: 250 gm, rice: 100 gm, brinjal: 200 gm Potato: 200 gm Tomato: 2 small Onion: A few , green chillies, ginger and garlic chopped, red chillies, curry leaves, Mustard, Urad daal
Cook the rice and keep it seperate. Heat the pan and add the entire oil and let it heat. Add, red chilli, Mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad daal. Saute for a short while and add onion. Let the onion turn slightly brown. Add gren chilly and chopped ginger and garlic at this stage. Add the brinjal. Let this simmer for mins. Now, add the chicken pieces and add the tomatoes. Cover the pan and let this slow cook. Once this is almost cooked, add the cooked rice. Add banghi bath masala at this stage. Let this cook for some time and ensure that this is cooked completely. This is ready to eat now. Note: Do add salt accordingly and as per your taste.
