Recipe by my maid: Cut veggies & chicken into small pieces & blend in mixer or chopper to make a viscous dough. After the blend, roll or flatten dough to give them a cutlet or tikki shape. Spread oil on tawa (we use a brush to spread the oil), add the dough cutlet & shallow fry or heat by light pressing with spatula in between Tip: Don’t grind too much, give it just enough run to make it thick yet not chunky, and you won’t need any binding ingredient
